Dr. Collins Ndibe is the founding member of the Network of Nigerian Professionals in Germany (NNPG). He has over 14 years of extensive experience delivering complex process engineering and project management solutions in the field of Waste-to-Energy. He has a proven track record in process design, optimization, and project execution, covering concept development, detailed engineering, commissioning, and operational support. His expertise includes process simulation, development of PFDs and P&IDs, HAZOP facilitation, functional design specifications, process safety, and multidisciplinary coordination. Dr. Ndibe currently works as a Process Engineering Manager and has demonstrated strong leadership in guiding engineering teams while interfacing with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. He holds a PhD in Energy and Process Engineering and an MSc in Air Quality Control, Solid Waste, and Wastewater Process Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He also earned an Advanced Master's degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Economics from the University of Koblenz, Germany, and a BSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria. Dr. Ndibe has several peer-reviewed publications in the field of energy, has worked with DIN and ISO as an Expert Contributor, and served as a board member of the Innovation Board of Steinmüller Engineering GmbH from 2020 to 2021.

Odinakachi (Ody) Nwadikeh is a founding member of NNPG and Head of the Events and Cultural Affairs Committee. She is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience across multiple industries, including banking, automotive, and manufacturing. Ms. Nwadikeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan–Dearborn, USA. She currently works as a Supply Chain Project Manager, where she leads cross-functional initiatives and delivers data-driven, process-focused solutions.

Co. Founder, Head of Strategy, Finance and Contracts
Dr. Chigozie Nweke-Eze is a founding member of NNPG and Co. Founder, Head of Strategy, Finance and Contracts. He is an economist and geographer with over 16 years of experience specializing in international financing and the development of large-scale and cross-border energy and infrastructure projects. He is the founder of Integrated Africa Power (IAP) and a board member of the Africa Business Chamber (AfBC) in London. He has advised African and European governments, international organizations, and private firms, including adidas, Endeva, REN21, and GIZ. His academic career includes research roles at the University of Bonn and the Research Institute for Sustainability Potsdam, as well as teaching roles at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, CIFE, and the University of Oxford. Dr. Nweke-Eze holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Bonn and an MA in Development Economics and International Studies from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. His insights are regularly featured in outlets such as PV Magazine Global, Deutsche Welle, and The Times.

Oluwaseun Oguntade is a founding member of the Network of Nigerian Professionals in Germany (NNPG) and Head of Partnerships. He is a consultant for the planning and development of Greenfield and Brownfield Bioenergy Projects. He leads Waste-to-Power initiatives, with interests in Powerfuels projects. He has worked with Agraferm Technologies AG as a Project Engineer and Product Development Engineer, and with ABO WIND AG as a Project Manager for Project Development. In 2015, he worked with a Bavarian modular biomass gasification start-up as a Sales Engineer for project development in Africa. Mr. Oguntade holds a Master of Science in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology (TU Hamburg) and a Master of Technology Management from the Northern Institute of Technology Management (NIT), Hamburg.

Head of Treasury and Financial Governance
Ezinne Chinwe O Okorie is a Senior IFRS and Financial Reporting professional and a founding member of the Network of Nigerian Professionals in Germany (NNPG), where she serves as Head of Treasury and Financial Governance. She brings over 15 years of progressive international experience across audit, accounting advisory, divisional reporting and financial governance within multinational organisations and public-sector institutions. She has a proven track record in IFRS and US GAAP reporting, financial statement preparation, consolidation, Local GAAP conversions and accounting change implementation, gained through senior responsibilities at Mercedes-Benz Group and Ernst & Young in Germany. Her expertise spans complex technical accounting topics, finance transformation initiatives, carve-outs, M&A-related reporting, and stakeholder advisory, with a strong focus on governance, accuracy and regulatory compliance. She holds an MSc in International Finance from Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen, a Master of Accounting (Associate Award) from the University of Glamorgan (UK), and a BSc in Accounting from Babcock University, Nigeria. She is also ACCA-qualified in progress, further strengthening her professional standing in international finance and governance. Ms. Okorie currently works as a Senior Division Reporting & IFRS Expert at Mercedes-Benz AG, where she advises senior stakeholders and international finance teams, delivers IFRS training, and supports implementation of new accounting standards across multiple markets. She is recognised for her analytical strength, structured approach and ability to translate complex accounting requirements into practical business solutions.
