The Network of Nigerian Professionals in Germany (NNPG) is a professional network created to address the lack of structured community, collaboration, and visibility among Nigerian and African professionals in Germany.
We are a non-partisan, independent, and progressive community guided by shared values of excellence, integrity, and mutual support. NNPG exists to connect professionals across sectors, foster collaboration, and create a trusted platform where Nigerian talent can thrive, be visible, and make meaningful impact within Germany and beyond.

Our Identity
Many Nigerian professionals in Germany operate in isolation, with limited access to professional networks, mentors, and visible role models. This often limits collaboration, career mobility, and collective impact.
NNPG addresses this gap by building trust, confidence, and collaboration among Nigerian professionals. Through a structured and values-driven network, NNPG creates a platform where professionals can thrive together, share knowledge, mentor the next generation, and strengthen confidence in Nigerian talent.
The groundwork for the formation of the Network of Nigerian Professionals in Germany was laid under the leadership of Dr. Collins Ndibe, in conjunction with Eghe Herrmann, Oluwaseun Oguntade, Odinakachi (Ody) Nwadikeh, and Dr. Chigozie Nweke-Eze.
Together, they established NNPG as a professional, non-partisan platform dedicated to excellence, collaboration, and community impact.
